Roger qualified in 1968 and is our Managing Partner and has a long
standing legal tradition. His family practiced law for over a hundred
years. Roger practiced with his uncle before setting up Roger Ballagh & Son in 1980 which merged with Kennedy and McGonagle in 1991.
He is a member of the Irish Taxation Institute and a keen golfer.

Terry qualified in 1969 and is a past President of the Dublin Solicitors
Bar Association, a former Council Member of the Law Society of Ireland
and of the Disciplinary Tribunal of the High Court and a Fellow of the Chartered
Institute of Arbitrators, London and an accredited legal representative to the Mental Health Tribunal. His outside interests range from

David qualified in 2000 and became a partner in 2005. He was elected Managing Partner in 2008. He has also studied accountancy and belongs to the fifth generation of lawyers in his family. He advises commercial and private clients in the areas of commercial property with a particular interest in technology, renewable energy transactions and landlord and tenant matters. He also advises on all aspects on contract law and has considerable experience in funding contracts in the area of health services. Agatha qualified in December 1998 and became a partner in 2007. Agatha’s sporting achievements in hockey including representing University College Dublin at senior level where she received her colours, and becoming a gold medallist and Irish Senior Cup winner together with her representation at senior interprovincial level over the years, have provided her with the determination and competitive edge to the service she provides. In addition to law, Agatha studied economics and post-graduate studies in marketing and public relations.
